All purchases made at THORNY BITCH are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges, and we do not issue refunds for any reason, including change of mind or incorrect size selection.
Damaged or Defective Items If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at stores-thornyb.outlook.com with photos of the issue. We will review on a case-by-case basis and, at our sole discretion, may offer a replacement or store credit.
Lost or Stolen Packages Once an order is marked delivered by the carrier, we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. Please contact your local carrier or file a claim directly.
